Dreamhost custom php 5.3, Imagick install script

Sometime in August I wrote a php script that uses Imagick to dynamically resize and style images on the fly (which I'll publish later, once I get around to getting an interface into alpha state).

I needed a script to install php, supporting scripts, and Imagick. So I borrowed on the Dreamhost Wiki script PHP 5.3 + Xdebug + APC install script, updated the components and added what is needed to support Imagick.

I'm putting it here in the hopes that someone out there can find it useful!

NOTE: Not all of the shared servers over at Dreamhost have libxslt-dev on them (some do and some don't). If the script fails with an xslt-config error you'll need to custom install libxslt-DEV yourself to get it working.

NOTE 2: You'll have to uncomment the Xdebug section if you want it to install.

Sorry, this presumes you've run a few bash scripts...
