Custom PHP on Dreamhost with ImageMagick/Imagick/OpenSSL/APC and Xdebug

This is an updated this custom Dreamhost PHP Install it to include the latest stuff, including PHP 5.3.2. I use a variation of this for all my Drupal installs because Drupal requires a few more MB of PHP memory (I like 128MB) that Dreamhost gives your PHP, by default.

If you are like me you've found there is a dearth of clear instructions how to do this. I did it. Works Great!

Here are my step by step instructions:

NOTE: I'm assuming you have a Dreamhost account, are familiar with their control panel, and are just a little command line savvy...

1. Set up a Dreamhost user with ssh access
